Vector 48 ("we," "us") operates vector48.ai. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only; work we do inside client engagements is governed by each engagement's agreement and NDA, not this page.
When you submit a form on this site — a contact note or a partner inquiry — we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, company, and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you include in it.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages) to deliver the site. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, and approximate geography. It does not use cookies, does not build personal profiles, and does not track you across other sites.
We use the information you send us to respond to you, evaluate partnership and career inquiries, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, share it for third-party marketing, or use it for advertising.
We do not set tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless by design.
Three providers process data to make this site work: Netlify (hosting and form delivery), Plausible (analytics), and Google Fonts (typefaces; like any web font host, it receives the font request, including your IP address). Each processes only what is needed to provide its service.
Data we access inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement and NDA. We do not train shared models on client data.
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records. To access, correct, or delete information you've sent us, email hello@vector48.ai — we respond within one business day.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
